Our journey began in 2017 when Dave McKenzie and I decided to enter the real estate industry after selling a house privately together. With a relaxed approach, the absence of a suit and tie, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with those entering the property, we received question after question - "What company do you work for?" The feedback sparked the idea to start a company that operated on honesty, clear communication and proactive salespeople.
In a market place that is dominated by larger franchised businesses, we know that choosing a real estate salesperson can be a daunting task. We firmly believe that in today's Internet age, a successful sale is not determined by the size of your company but the strength of your people. With most companies solely focused on transaction results, we acknowledge that looking after the people involved with the property is our first priority. The completed transaction is the measure of success for most, but our satisfaction derives from ensuring the smooth transition for all in what is often a very stressful time for Purchasers and Vendors.
From small beginnings we've grown to a company of 9 salespeople throughout South Canterbury and Canterbury and although we strive to continue our growth, we want to keep the "small and local" at the forefront of our ethos.
