Dionne is a very professional agent who handles business very efficiently and replies your enquiries at an incredible speed that we have never ever seen in South Island.
She knows what the vendors are looking for and provides lots of very good properties for us to view. We just only spent three hours with Dionne and found what we really wanted to buy. So smooth during the property purchase period. Even after the sales, Dionne still provides very helpful suggestion for all the services needed for the property. What a couple of magicians. Moving house is not always easy and is full of highs and lows, but Dionne and Jules handled these like the seasoned professionals they are. From the creation of very professional literature and video, through to handling negotiations of the sale. I refer to them as a couple of magicians as each time someone dropped out or decided our house wasn’t for them, out popped another rabbit, sorry, I mean potential buyers. Highly recommend this team.
